Abigail Anderson
Currently a high school junior. Her favorite events are the 100 and 200 backstroke and the middle distance and distance free events. In May of 2004, Abigail attended the USA Swimming Regional Distance Camp in Florida and she won the "most consistent swimmer" award! At the 2004 SES Long Course Championships, Abigail placed first in the 13-14 girls 100 and 200 backstroke events and second in both the 400 free and I.M. Her efforts earned her a spot on the SES Zone Team which competed and won in Ft. Lauderdale. Abigail contributed team points by finaling in the 100 and 200 back and swimming the backstroke leg on the 200 medley relay. Abigail's goals include college swimming in the future. Her favorite place to visit is Puerto Rico and she loves learning about the Latin culture and enjoys Salsa Dancing! Her favorite movie is "Dirty Dancing Havana Nights" and her best friend is Faith Creekmore. They enjoy listening to Latin music, especially The Music of Puerto Rico and talking on the phone.
